Here at Therm Tech, we provide comprehensive bending facilities in both NB and O/D tube sizes.  Where required, our bending service can be backed-up by our extensive fabrication capabilities.

Our services include:

Standard Bending – General pipe bending requirements for factory services and process or structural pipe work. Bending on standard radii is more economical than using welding elbows especially for non-standard angles or multiple bend pipes.

Special Bending – Whether it’s tight radii, close bends, multiple bend arrangements or thick wall tubing, we have the knowhow. We produce the tightest bends with negligible outer wall thinning.

Pigging Lines – We specialize in the production of bends for pigging lines, where 2% ovality is the maximum allowed.

Coils – We can process tight radii, close pitched or complex plans including pancake coils.

Materials – We specialize in bending from 10nb up to 300nb, materials bent include carbon and chrome moly steels, austenitic and duplex stainless steels, nickel and non-ferrous alloys. We also produce bends in a wide range of structural rectangular hollow sections.
